Celebrate the festive season with our Christmas Wreath Making workshops, hosted by Jemma from Riverbend Flowers. Create your own beautiful handmade wreath while enjoying a relaxed and creative experience at The Waterfront.

Choose from a selection of daytime and evening sessions, each designed to help you get into the Christmas spirit. Daytime sessions include a hot drink and fruit scone, while our evening workshop includes a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.

“A beautiful cafe in a stunning location next to the river Ouse. Sunday lunch was excellent but the food is always good whether it is breakfast, lunch or just a coffee and cake. We received a very warm welcome, and all the young staff were super friendly and efficient, a great team. Delicious Sunday lunch and very good value. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Lovely meal, nice surroundings and excellent food. We were staying at York Marina and booked a table for my wife’s birthday. We selected the fish sharing platter for two and it was great, beautifully prepared and we really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food and drinks came without delay and in good time. Overall highly recommended.”
